Inuk is a development that is located 500 meters from the Playa del Carmen-Cancun highway, in an area of ​​urbanized growth. Its strategic location not only connects Inuk with two of the main epicenters of Mexican tourism, but also places it only 1.2 kilometers from the beautiful Caribbean Sea, where it is easy to access through clean avenues and streets.

Our master plan is considering two main factors: sustainability and land use. Studies of the environment, the program and its orientations have allowed the creation of a functional concept that is based on the superposition of elements.

Inuk is designed to become a synonym for permanence. In addition, the settlement is naturally integrated into its environment, which becomes a living corridor that is formed with endemic species of the region. Inuk’s project contemplates a harmonious balance, which respects the regional flora and integrates it into its design without altering it or mixing it with species foreign to the area.

Inuk is a project made up of 40 apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms and 26 studios. Some departments can be divided and turned into lock off. The studios are equipped with bed, kitchen, refrigerator, inverter air, lamps, fans, electric locks and electric stove.

In addition, those with a terrace will have an outdoor table. The apartments have an area for a laundry center and are equipped with an electric lock and an electric stove.

All the finishes are typical of the region to guarantee its harmony with the environment: apparent concrete for the walls, travertine marble floors and terraces with a deck made with natural wood.
